Cushing® NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund Announces Name Change | Company

DALLAS, Oct. 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Cushing® NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund (NYSE: SZC, the “Fund”) has announced a name change for the Fund. Effective November 1, 2022, the name of the Fund will be NXG NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund. As part of its name change, the NYSE ticker symbol for the Fund’s common stock will change from “SZC” to “NXG”. The CUSIP for the common shares of the Fund will remain 231647207 after the name and symbol change.
