Renew your Legion membership via MyLegion.org

Renewing your American Legion membership for 2021-2022 can be done easily and securely through your MyLegion.org account.

When your membership becomes eligible for renewal, a “Renew Now” button will appear at the top right of your MyLegion.org account page. Click on “Renew Now” and the amount due is displayed in “My Order Balance”.

Select “Pay Now” or “Renew Now” to continue. American Legion members can renew online with a credit card.

You can save your credit card in a file for automatic renewal. Credit cards will be debited by the second week of July each year for the Legion membership year, which runs July 1 through June 30.

To set up automatic renewal:

1. Click Membership Details under the MEMBERSHIP tab on the left page.

2. Click the “I want to automatically renew my membership and allow my credit card to be charged before membership starts each year” box under your current membership status.

3. Enter your credit card information and press “Add new card”.

4. Select “Save” to save your future renewal.

To add or modify credit card information, click on “Manage my saved credit cards”.

Members of the American Legion whose dues have been paid can print their current membership card which can be found under the Membership tab. For dual members, American Legion and Sons of The American membership cards can be printed.
